Eligibility &amp; Account<\/h2><p>You must be at least 18 years old or use our services under the supervision of a legal guardian. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities conducted under it.<\/p><h2>2. Payment Methods<\/h2><p>We accept the following payment methods:<\/p><ul><li><p>Visa \/ Mastercard (Credit &amp; Debit Cards)<\/p><\/li><li><p>Apple Pay<\/p><\/li><li><p>Google Pay (GPay)<\/p><\/li><li><p>Cash on Delivery (COD) \u2013 available within <strong>Iraq<\/strong> only<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>All prices are in <strong>IQD (Iraqi Dinar)<\/strong> and include any applicable taxes\/fees where required.<\/p><h2>3. Order Processing &amp; Delivery<\/h2><p>Orders placed before <strong>10:00 AM<\/strong> are eligible for same-day delivery (where applicable). Orders after that are processed for the next working day.<\/p><ul><li><p><strong>Delivery fee:<\/strong> <strong>6,000 IQD<\/strong> within Iraq.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Free delivery:<\/strong> Orders <strong>above 100,000 IQD<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li><p>The fee may vary depending on the city or governorate.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>You will receive order and shipping confirmation via email or SMS, including tracking if available.<\/p><h2>4. Product Availability<\/h2><p>All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, we will notify you and either process a refund or suggest an alternative.<\/p><h2>5. Cancellations<\/h2><p>You may cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us immediately. Once the order is dispatched, it can no longer be canceled, and our Section 6 policy will apply.<\/p><h2>6. No Returns or Refunds<\/h2><p><strong>All sales are final.<\/strong> We do <strong>not<\/strong> accept returns or offer refunds, <strong>except where required by applicable law<\/strong>. If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us promptly so we can assist.<\/p><h2>7. Intellectual Property<\/h2><p>All website content (text, images, graphics, logos) is owned by Le Damas and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
