Established in 2014 in Dubai, Le Damas was built on traditional blends and recipes rooted in the original headquarters in Damascus. With a commitment to excellence, we use only the finest raw materials and strictly avoid preservatives, artificial colorants and flavorings, genetically modified ingredients, and other harmful chemicals. This dedication to purity and quality has earned us certifications that allow us to export our Arabic sweets worldwide, using modern, top-tier packaging standards.

At Le Damas, our day begins with the sunrise. Our skilled team starts by preparing delicate dough sheets — a foundational element in baklava and a hallmark of our sweet creations. These thin layers require the expert touch of seasoned pastry chefs.

Every detail matters, from ingredient selection to production, packaging, and customer satisfaction. Our factory operates under strict HACCP quality standards and undergoes regular inspections by Dubai Municipality to ensure the continued delivery of safe, flavorful sweets.

Our success lies in the fusion of traditional craftsmanship and modern quality control. Our pastry chefs, with experience passed down through generations, produce an array of exceptional Arabic sweets — including Mabrouma, Cashew Fingers, Guraiba, Barazek, Date Mamoul, and more — using only premium pistachios, cashews, and other fine nuts.
